When I took over UWD Dayton in 2012, my team and I jumped right into the home improvement show season. With the help of Bill and Mike, our first show did very well. From then on we made it a point to sit down with the show producers at each venue to learn all that we could about sponsorship opportunities and ways that we could improve our presence.

I wanted to take the time to thank all of the dedicated dealers who attended the 2015 success seminar. It truly was a success.

Since the inception of the Universal Windows Direct Dealership Program, an annual "Success Seminar" has been put on by the corporate office in an effort to help the attending dealerships plan for their next year, ask questions and facilitate the exchange ideas and strategies with fellow dealerships. Last week, Universal Windows Direct wrapped up it's 2015 Success Seminar. Aptly named, the seminar truly was a huge success. Here's a look at what happened throughout the week.
