Stay silent longer than you need to and really listen to what your team and your customers are telling you. Listen twice as much and you talk. Seek to understand the other person first.

Get Focused, Develop Passion

Focus on your goals and develop a passion for achieving them. Have an emotional attachment to the goals you set and translate that attachment to your team.

Practice Self Discipline

Take care of your mind and your body. Do the things you don’t want to do but do them anyway because you see the bigger picture.

Stay Positive

If you believe you can, you can. Great leaders know they can.
